Hosting and security
Fast managed hosting, SSL, backups and updates. Nothing for you to renew, patch or remember.
Uptime and error monitoring
We watch the site so you are not the one who finds out from a customer that it is down.
Content changes
Send changes whenever you need them — new prices, new staff, new services, seasonal copy. A fair monthly allowance, handled quickly, no per-change invoices.
New pages as you grow
Adding a service or an area you now cover? We build the page. Larger campaign landing pages are quoted separately, and we tell you before, not after.
Form and link checks
Your enquiry forms are tested regularly and broken links are found and fixed. A silently broken contact form is the single most expensive fault a website can have.
Speed monitoring
We keep an eye on load times and fix the drift, so the site is as fast in a year as it is on launch day.
Search visibility monitoring
We watch how the site is being found and indexed, and flag problems — a page dropping out, an indexing error, a change worth reacting to.
A plain-English monthly report
Visitors, enquiries and what changed. One page you can actually read, not a dashboard login you will never open.
Quarterly conversion review
Every three months we look at what the site is doing, pick the one change most likely to increase enquiries, and make it.

Growth Care, answered.
Is Growth Care compulsory?
No. The £1,495 rebuild is a one-off and the website is yours outright when it launches. Growth Care is a separate monthly choice — plenty of clients host it themselves and never take it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with a month’s notice. There is no minimum term and nothing to buy your way out of. If you leave, we hand over the site and the accounts and it carries on working — we do not hold the domain or the code hostage.
What counts as a content change?
Prices, opening hours, staff, photos, service descriptions, a seasonal message, a new testimonial — the ordinary running of the site. Send them over and they get done. If something is genuinely a bigger job, like a new campaign landing page or a booking system, we tell you it is out of scope and quote it before doing anything.
Why is it not "unlimited changes"?
Because at £149 a month that promise gets broken the first time somebody takes it literally, and then you are arguing with your web person instead of being looked after by one. We would rather tell you the truth up front: a fair, generous monthly allowance, handled quickly, and honesty about anything bigger.
What if the site breaks?
We are monitoring it, so in most cases we know before you do. Faults in what we built are fixed as part of the plan, not billed as extras.
Do I get to see what is happening?
Yes — a plain-English monthly report showing visitors, enquiries and what changed, plus a conversion review every quarter where we pick the one improvement most likely to bring in more work and make it.
